Terms for booking and SMS meeting updates

Booking and contact details

When you request a consult, you agree to provide accurate contact information. A phone number may be required when a booking or contact form asks for it so AI Escape can administer meeting updates. A business name may be requested as an optional context field unless the form says otherwise.

You are responsible for having authority to share any business contact details you submit.

SMS meeting-update consent

By submitting a phone number for booking or contact, you consent to receive SMS messages from AI Escape about the requested meeting, including scheduling, confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, cancellation, and support for that meeting workflow.

Message frequency varies by meeting activity. Message and data rates may apply. AI Escape does not use this SMS consent for marketing texts outside the approved meeting-update scope.

Live SMS sends are not active until provider approval, credentials, and production configuration are completed.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to opt out of meeting-update texts. Reply START to opt back in where supported. Reply HELP for help. You can also contact consulting@aiescape.io.

Opting out of SMS does not cancel your meeting. AI Escape may still use email, the booking page, or direct contact you initiate to administer the consult.

Providers, records, and requests

When SMS is enabled, AI Escape may use Twilio or another communications provider to process meeting-update texts, opt-out and help requests, delivery/status records, security, debugging, and legal compliance.

AI Escape may retain booking/contact details, SMS consent records, opt-out or help requests, delivery/status metadata when available, and related audit logs as described in the Privacy Policy.
